The high recognised WhatHouse? Awards took place on Friday at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane , paying homage to the best new homes and housebuilders in Britain .

At ceremony hosted by Clare Balding and Sir Chris Hoy, Hill was awarded runner up silver in the best medium Housebuilder of the Year category.

As well as this Knights Park was awarded Silver for Best Sustainable Development, having been awarded gold in this category in 2019.

Hill's Mosaics development also won Best Home for the stunning Davenport Villa.
